This program is the first and only, patient-oriented, web-based platform developed to optimize Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS). This secure online program is for patients that receive TMS for depression, and their treatment team (the prescriber and TMS technicians/operators that render care). Written by Michelle Cochran, MD, and Lauren Valencia, LCSW in early 2014, the content offers a standardized program with Cognitive Behavioral Techniques, Behavioral Activation, and Goal-directed exercises and much more developed to improve outcomes and add value when combined with TMS.

I heard TMS works well, why do I need this program?
Some patients may not get well with TMS treatment. Â In most offices, 30-50% of treated patients achieve remission (wellness), and approximately a 50-70% respond (get half of their symptoms better). Â Because TMS is an investment in time and money, we believe you should have the best chance at getting well. Â Based on results in our practice since 2014, and a recent retrospective review of outcomes which was presented at the 2020 Clinical TMS Society virtual meeting. Â Those individuals who received TMS and used the program achieved remission 60% of the time, and response 85% of the time (Evans et al 2020). We have even more data that we are accumulating and hope to publish in 2022-2023.

How much does the program cost?
The patient cost of access is $199 for patients. Â Prescribers can purchase a subscription to the program and assign access to patients who they believe can benefit from the program content.

How can I access this program as a patient?
This website and its modules can be accessed from a licensed prescriber of TMS who has enrolled in our program. You can find a TMS prescriber who is Registered with the program on our Find a Prescriber Page.  Once you are provided access, you can enroll and agree to the terms of use and service which give your team access to your content so they can help you achieve better results and keep you accountable. You can access the program from a mobile phone, or computer with internet access.

It is easy to REGISTER, learn more, and select the best option for your practice. Because of data storage laws, we operate the program in the USA and Canada only.Â
